The Lucas Oil World Series of Off-Road Racing is a national short course racing series with a three-year, prime-time SPEED television package through the 2009 season. It is truly the "golden age" for WSORR on TV. Never in the 39-year history of off-road racing in the Midwest has there been stronger and more explosive TV packages incorporating exciting short course off-road racing on both SPEED TV and the VERSUS Network.

The SPEED TV schedule for 2008 will begin broadcasting this coming November. WSORR will post airdates and times when the complete schedule becomes available.

The Lucas Oil World Series of Off-Road Racing will also be one of the featured racing Series on the popular Lucas Oil Motorsports Hour broadcast on the VERSUS Network this year. The Lucas Motorsports Hour featuring WSORR will air on August 16, 6 PM (EST), with a re-air scheduled for August 21, 5 PM (EST). This show will feature race action from WSORR Tour 2008 in Wheatland, Mo.
